Lewis Roca Law Firm Features Eric Kohli During the AAPI Month
The law firm of Lewis Roca featured attorney Eric Neeraj Kohli’s Indian heritage during AAPI month. Lewis Roca is an Am Law 200 law firm with offices in 5 states and a prominent presence in Nevada’s legal landscape. Their video recognizes Eric’s Indian upbringing, his Indian heritage, and how it has contributed to his family and law career.
Eric is active in Nevada’s legal community and serves as the President of the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas (SABA-LV). To encourage the younger generation to choose law as a career from across minority communities, Eric has been instrumental in raising over $80,000 in scholarship money for law students. “The part of my AAPI heritage is the kind of cultural values that I grew up with and that were instilled in me as a child. Those are hard work, responsibility, and caring, and being a good positive member of society,” said Kohli in the recognition video.
Lewis Roca supports diversity across all minority groups. It has a formal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program that encourages minorities to be a part of the firm. Lewis Roca’s DEI initiatives have earned it Mansfield 6.0 certification. Eric is a member of the firm’s DEI committee, contributing to the firm’s efforts to increase diversity and inclusion.
