Nutmeg Indian Cuisine Grows Footprint in Las Vegas Following Silverado Ranch Location Closure
After over a decade of delighting the Southern Las Vegas community with Indian cuisine, Nutmeg has closed its Silverado Ranch location due to an expiring lease and rising rental costs. However, this marks not an end, but an ambitious new beginning for Nutmeg with multiple locations.
In a move to stay close to its loyal patrons, Nutmeg has acquired the Ashiana North Indian Cuisine restaurant, located in Eastern and Sunridge Heights, just a short distance from its previous location. This acquisition ensures that long-time fans can continue to enjoy Nutmeg’s authentic Indian cuisine in a familiar part of town.
But that’s not all. Nutmeg is growing with Las Vegas! A new location of Nutmeg Indian Cuisine has opened close to the vibrant Summerlin neighborhood, catering to the area’s rapidly expanding community.
And in a strategic effort to reach even more food lovers, Nutmeg owner Nelroy Rebello is now serving the student population and locals alike near the College of Southern Nevada with a third location at Charleston and Jones in central Las Vegas under the Nutmeg Indian Café brand. The café serves more of a street-style of Indian delicacies from across India’s diverse regions.
“We’re incredibly proud to grow with the city we love,” said Rebello, founder of Nutmeg. “Each location allows us to connect with new communities and continue our mission of sharing the richness of Indian culinary traditions with everyone. On top of that, we have the lowest price Indian lunch buffet in Las Vegas,” continued Rebello.
With three new locations in just three months, Nutmeg is thrilled to continue its mission of bringing the rich flavors of Southern and Northern Indian cuisine to the growing Las Vegas.
