Paul Padda secures $160 Million Judgement

Paul Padda, a well-known and accomplished Indian-American Attorney, secures $160 million judgment against a nightclub at Cosmopolitan for his client, a New York City hedge fund manager David Moradi.
As per the Review-Journal, a New York City hedge fund manager who sued the Marquee nightclub after he was attacked by a manager and security officers won a $160.5 million jury verdict this week.
According to a 2014 lawsuit against The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the nightclub and Roof Deck Entertainment LLC, the manager and security officers forced Moradi into a security room and demanded his identification and credit card after he already had paid a bill of more than $10,000.
Paul Padda, who represents Moradi, declined to comment on the verdict or discuss the case on Thursday. Click here for the complete news…
