Two Weekends of Guru Nanak Dev Ji Prakash Divas Celebrations at Baba Deep Singh Gurdwara and Guru Nanak Gurudwara
Baba Deep Singh Ji Gurdwara and Guru Nanak Gurudwara invite the Las Vegas community to celebrate Guru Nanak Gurpurab/Prakash Divas. Three-day celebrations at Baba Deep Singh Ji Gurdwara begin with Akhand Path (a non-stop recital of prayers from Guru Granth Sahib) on Friday, November 15th, and end with Nagar Kirtan (religious procession) on Sunday, November 17th, at the Guru Nanak Gurudwara grounds.
The following weekend, November 22nd through November 24th, Guru Nanak Gurdwara will celebrate Guru Nanak Prakash Diwas with Akhand Path and Nagar Kirtan, followed by a luncheon catered by the finest of the local Indian restaurants along with vegetarian delicacies prepared by Gurudwara volunteers.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji Prakash Utsav celebrates the birth of the first Sikh guru, Guru Nanak, one of the most celebrated Sikh gurus and the founder of Sikhism.

Please bring your family and friends to this special once-a-year auspicious celebration. This special once-a-year celebration is open to the Las Vegas community, irrespective of background, caste, ethnicity, national origin, language barriers, and religious beliefs.
Dedicated volunteers from both Gurdwaras and local Indian restaurants will prepare a wide array of Indian vegetarian food and desserts to celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji Prakash Purab. There is NO CHARGE to attend.
