Wanted – Executive Chef for a new contemporary Indian Restaurant
A new Indian Cuisine restaurant is preparing to open its doors near the Galleria Mall, in Henderson/Las Vegas and is currently seeking an accomplished Executive Chef along with additional front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
This upcoming restaurant aims to redefine Indian dining in the area by blending traditional flavors with contemporary techniques and presentation. To bring this vision to life, ownership is looking for a highly skilled Executive Chef who can provide strong culinary leadership while building a cohesive, high-performing kitchen team from the ground up.
The Executive Chef role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including supervising kitchen staff and prep cooks, developing an innovative modern Indian menu, ensuring strict compliance with local health and safety regulations, and managing inventory and food costs. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong organizational and leadership abilities, as well as sound business judgment to support long-term growth and guest satisfaction.
Qualified candidates must possess multi-level culinary experience in Indian cuisine, along with proven leadership skills and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Experience opening new restaurants or launching menus is highly desirable. In return, the restaurant offers competitive compensation and a revenue-sharing bonus for the right candidate, providing both financial incentive and creative ownership in the restaurant’s success.
In addition to the Executive Chef position, the restaurant is also recruiting for a variety of staff-level roles, including servers, kitchen staff, prep cooks, and other support positions.
