ZEE Bangla Launch in Las Vegas at NABC 2012 proves a great success!
ZEE Bangla saw its official US launch at the 2012 North American Bengali Conference (NABC) in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 6 – 8. This exciting new channel caters exclusively to ZEE TV’s Bengali audience. The lineup will feature a wide variety of programming for Bengali audiences of all ages.
ZEE Bangla was promoted through various activities at NABC. The attending families had a chance to take part in an exclusive raffle to win a LIFETIME subscription of ZEE Bangla- 3 winners were chosen during the closing ceremonies. NABC attendees also had the chance to subscribe to ZEE Bangla right at the booth. ZEE Bangla was promoted to close to 10,000 attendees this July in Las Vegas.
Talented singers had a unique opportunity to audition LIVE for ZEE TV’s hit reality show SaReGaMaPa! The ZEE team saw almost 100 auditions at this event. For people will promote ZEE Bangla through not one or two-but three conference booths.
ZEE Bangla also had a booth filled with family fun activities, games and prizes! Families had a rare chance to create memories through a green screen photo booth where they could take FREE picture with Mithunda and Saurab Ganguli in the background. This wonderful keepsake was customized with ZEE Bangla branding. More than 800 pictures were taken at ZEE’s free photo booth.
Commenting on ZEE’s participation at NABC, CAB (Cultural Association of Bengal) Marketing and Communications Head, Tapan Sen said “It was great to have ZEE’s support on NABC. ZEE’s participation was muchly enjoyed by attendees and the tagline Jibon Mane ZEE Bangla has since become a household phrase.”
