Infectious Disease specialist Dr. Dhaval Shah has joined hands with Dapper Companies to develop a retail, office, and movie theater project in a booming Southwest Las Vegas.  The project named The Bend will be built on approximately 17.5 acres on the corner of Durango Dr. and Sunset Dr., across from newly opened IKEA.
