In relation to the formal complaint, the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners has accepted a settlement agreement between the Board’s Investigative Committee and the two Indian American Physicians – Cardiologist Dr. Devendra Patel, & Pediatrician Dr. Priya Chib.  The Board entered an order finding Dr. Patel violated Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 630.306(1)(c), illegal dispensing of controlled substances.
