Since 2017, Dr. Parvesh Kumar, the vice dean of research at the medical school, says the medical school has been awarded approximately $26.5 million in research grants, remarkable for a new school of medicine. The habitual swindler Mandeep Singh has defrauded another member of the local Indian community.
