Mandeep Singh Given Suspended Sentence
Mandeep Singh is adjudged guilty of securities fraud. Singh was handed down a suspended sentence with a maximum of 10 years and a minimum of 4 years in the Nevada Department of Corrections. Singh’s probation has several conditions, including that he agrees to pay restitution in the amount to be distributed to victims – Harpreet Kaur, Harpal Padam, Jim Kauffman, Anshu Pathak, Shyam Kannam, and Varinder Singh.
