R. Singh Arraigned for Trafficking a Controlled Substance
R Singh is arrested on felony drug possession. Singh is charged on two counts – one count of trafficking in a controlled substance: flunitrazepam, GHB 400+ grams, and one count for the possession of a controlled substance with an intent to sell. Singh was arrested on way to Las Vegas on northbound I-15 near Sloan. An arraignment hearing was held at the Goodsprings Justice Court. The judge has increased the bail amount to $500,000, cash or surety. Singh is currently in custody at the Clark County Detention Center.
G. Singh Pleads Guilty to Transportation of Drugs with an Intent to Sell
G. Singh was arraigned and pled guilty to the transport of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance with intent to sell. The court granted defendant Singh bail on $50,000 Cash/Surety. As per records, R. Singh paid for the cash bond. Sentencing is set for March 29th 2022
