Once again, the Las Vegas Chapter of EKAL Vidyalaya invites the community to its annual fundraiser to fund schools in the underserved communities in rural India.

Internationally recognized Ekal Vidyalaya is committed to transforming rural and tribal India through education and community development. EKAL is dedicated to providing education and holistic development to underprivileged communities in rural India.  Each Ekal school, led by a local teacher, offers free education to children without access to primary education. 

Since its inception in 2010, the local Las Vegas EKAL chapter has raised over $1 million. With the generosity of local donors, it has sponsored education for over 50,000 school children across rural India, established a computer training lab, and launched the EKAL on Wheels initiative.

Ekal’s mission extends beyond education with initiatives in healthcare, skill development, women empowerment, and digital literacy. Ekal’s initiatives aim to create self-reliant communities, foster social unity, and ensure sustainable growth in underdeveloped regions.
