Clark County Grand Jury has indicted and accused S. Deep Singh for trafficking in controlled substance, a category A felony, and sell, transport or attempt to sell or transport a controlled substance, a category C felony.

On count 1, Singh is accused of trafficking in controlled substance specifically approximately 71,300 grams of Cocaine or any mixture of substance containing the controlled substance. On count 2, Singh is accused of feloniously transport or attempt to transport Cocaine, a controlled substance, within Clark County, Nevada. Singh is released after posting a $20,000 bail amount.

An indictment is merely a formal charge against a defendant.  Under the law, a defendant is presumed to be innocent of a charge until proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt to the satisfaction of a jury.
