Lokesh Pathak Sued for Organized, Pernicious Corporate Piracy
In May 2025, Green Jeeva, a company engaged in the bulk supply of nutraceuticals and dietary ingredients, received a whistleblower report detailing a campaign of organized and pernicious corporate piracy. The report implicates a former trusted director, Lokesh Pathak, as well as Mclob America and Mclob USA LLC, in orchestrating this activity. The lawsuit states that Green Jeeva prides itself on giving customers access to superior products, competitive pricing, and faster deliveries by being at the forefront of innovative technology. Company records filed in Nevada identify Deepak Kumar Jena as the registered manager of Green Jeeva.
Upon information and belief, Pathak has an ownership interest in Mclob America and/or Mclob USA, and Pathak directly or indirectly controls the operations. His well-known acquaintance, Megha Awasthi, also directly or indirectly controls the operations at Mclob America and/or Mclob USA, coordinates their operations under a fictitious alias “Megan Young.”
Per the lawsuit, it is alleged that Pathak, while acting as a fiduciary, parasitically cloned Green Jeeva’s proprietary software, systematically hijacked its clients, and undercut its pricing to form his own rival company—all while he remained on Green Jeeva’s payroll. Defendants Pathak, along with both Mclob are accused of intentionally and concertedly targeted their tortious and illegal conduct at a Nevada company, and the brunt of the harm occurred in Nevada. Green Jeeva would not have uncovered Pathak’s actions had it not been for a whistleblower from within Pathak’s rival company who revealed his theft.
According to the court documents, Green Jeeva entrusted Pathak with the company’s most sensitive and classified information, including confidential client and vendor data, the company’s financial records, its proprietary ERP software, and its core business processes, including sourcing strategies and regulatory frameworks.
The court documents reflect what truly separates Green Jeeva is its cutting-edge enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) software. It integrates customer data, vendor profiles with purchase pricing, pricing intelligence, historical sales data, and supply-chain logistics into a single, seamless platform. According to the allegations, Pathak allegedly wormed his way into a position with complete access to Green Jeeva’s trade secrets. From that position, Pathak systematically siphoned company intelligence and covertly diverted business to launch his own rival company, Mclob Ingredients.
Per the accusation, Green Jeeva has hemorrhaged millions in sales from direct customer poaching. It lost long-term, high-value clients that took years to strategically develop. Further it is alleged that Pathak’s actions also irreparably damaged Green Jeeva’s goodwill in the industry, causing untold damages to its reputation. Given the ERP software’s uniqueness to Green Jeeva’s operations, Green Jeeva believes that Pathak has at least one insider who continues to access Green Jeeva’s confidential data without authorization to divert it for Defendants’ gain.
A whistleblower, “AB” (identity withheld) from within Pathak’s company, revealed his theft. AB revealed that, while Pathak was a director at Dietary Business, Pathak gave him Green Jeeva’s confidential customer, product, and pricing information for future sales use. In many instances, AB confirmed that Mclob obtained the purchase order through insider knowledge of Green Jeeva’s pricing and quote timeline, allowing Mclob to undercut Green Jeeva’s offer and quickly close the deal.
Pathak and Mclob are also accused of cloning Green Jeeva’s ERP software. The whistleblower AB provided screenshots of Mclob’s ERP software to Green Jeeva. The screenshots reflected an interface, layout, and functionality that were nearly identical to an earlier version of Green Jeeva’s ERP software. It is alleged Mclob sold more than $9.5 million in goods to Green Jeeva clients, with some transactions dating back to 2020 and 2021, when Pathak was still a director at Dietary Business.
Above information is merely an allegation, and all defendants mentioned above are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
