Hindu and Jain Temple of Las Vegas Lawsuit Dismissed with Prejudice
After four months of a Hindu Mandir lawsuit related to a dispute among the Board of Trustees on the irregularities due to not following the Temple bylaws, the court has dismissed the case with prejudice, which means that the case cannot be brought back to court.
The court dismissed the lawsuit in its entirety with prejudice, which included all claims and causes of action filed by all the parties. The court’s temporary restraining order is dissolved, and all restrictions imposed therein, including those related to Mandir’s bank account. Additionally, the court denied sealing certain documents related to the litigation.
