In their continuing quest for providing a retirement place “Anand Milan” for aging Indian American community, the two local investors Kanjibhai Patel and Satish Bhatnagar, along with other local and out-of-state investors, are pleased to announce the zoning change and completion of site survey,  environmental site assessment, geotechnical exploration and soil study.  The final development plans were approved in February, 2019.  The project is located at NE corner of Lone Mountain and Simmons Street in North Las Vegas

Anand Milan is a gated community for independent seniors (55+) with plans of building 96 single storey townhomes on 11.62 acres of free and clear land.  Anand Milan highlights a club house with a common community kitchen with full dining services, 8 guestrooms, and amphitheater.  The project entails 18 one bedroom units with approximately 933 sq.ft. of living space along with 78 units of two bedroom, with approxiamately 1224 sq. ft. of living space.

The clubhouse, approximately 10,000 sq. ft., is designed for multi purpose recreational activities, community dining hall, library, along with a meditation room and a gym designed for seniors residents of Anand Milan.  Outdoor activities will include swimming pool and spa, walking trail, manageable amphitheater and community gardent for the residents and their guests.
