In a long exasperating dispute between the local Physician and Mukund Vasa, the judge ruled against Mukund Vasa for the recovery of outstanding money in an investment scheme. The judge issued instructions to the Clark County Sheriff to retain any and all accounts held for the benefit of Mukund Vasa at the Fidelity Investment in satisfaction of the judgment against him. The judgement against Mr. Vasa was for the recovery of principal money totaling $85,000 in favor of the Physician investor.

The judge ordered the constable/sheriff to satisfy the judgment and retain any and all accounts held for the benefit of Mukund Vasa at Fidelity Investment.

The writ of garnishment was issued to garnishee, Fidelity Investment, to not to pay any debt to Mukund Vasa with a request to retain and control of all money in a particular brokerage\ account.  The Physician investor is pleased to inform that he has received $85,000 from the constable office after a long court battle with the one-time partner Mukund Vasa.
