The boutique located at 1000 South Torrey Pines ,suits B.las Vegas [Charleston & Torrey Pines] gives an opportunity to skip special trips to Southern California.  The boutique is open and doing business, however, Fatima has planned a grand opening celebrations on Sunday, November 1st 4:00pm.  Grand opening celebrations will included a complimentary Heena tattoo and eyebrow threading.
