Prymas Vaz Arraigned for Participating in Organized Retail Theft and in Possession of Stolen Property

Indian-American Prymas Vaz, owner of multiple Eyebrows R Us, has been formally arraigned on four felony counts in connection with a string of retail thefts, including one count of participation in organized retail theft and three counts of possession of stolen property.

On first count, Vaz is alleged to participate in organized retail theft in Vegas where one or more defendants or suspects would enter into one or more retail business(es) and take merchandise without paying so that they can return, resell, or trade the merchandise for value.
The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation into a coordinated theft operation that allegedly targeted several retail businesses. On the other three counts, it is alleged, Vaz possessed the stolen merchandize owned by WALMART, having a value of $100,000 or more; merchandize owned by HOME DEPOT, having a value of $25,000 or more, but less than $100,000; and merchandize owned by Target, having a value of $25,000 or more, but less than $100,000.
At the arraignment, the defendant entered a plea of not guilty to all charges. Vaz has posted a $274,000 bail bond.
