Gopal Ramanan, a long-time resident of Las Vegas/Henderson for 30 years, has recently published another book, “The Accident Victim & Other Stories“. Like his earlier books, which have been widely praised, this is a collection of short stories set in India.
The stories span a period of some 60 years, beginning with a story set in the 1940’s during India’s struggle for freedom from British rule, followed by a story about the Partition, and continuing through the decades to a story about an accident victim that is set in modern times. Each story has its own twists and turns that will draw the reader into each tale.
