Las Vegas Resident Ramchand Rattan Arrested for Making Racist and Terroristic Threats
Per the multiple published news reports, Las Vegas resident Ramchand Rattan was arrested for making racially amplified threat to blow up St. George Costco. Rattan was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team on a warrant issued out of Washington County, Utah.
