Two Southern California Indian-American men, Rajesh Kumar of Ontario and Deepak Sharma of Fontana, have been arrested in connection with an alleged scheme involving the exploitation of an older or vulnerable person and the theft of more than $100,000, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
