Darcy Spears of KTNV Channel 13, known for investigating the local Las Vegas restaurants for her segment on Dirty Dining moves to Dirty Doctor investigating Dr. Dhaval Shah’s medical practice.
For the past few years, Dr. Shah has been investigated on numerous occasions by the Board of Medical Examiners and also by the US Department of Labor for unethical business practices.

DR SHAH- Tradition of Dr Desai must continue
Inspire of 79 million dollar rich, He never paid bills or shared for
dining With friends. Poor by heart and mind , greedy by nature.
Exploiting the people working for making 79 million were exploited the most. Medicare billing when he was not in town . Heard , we’re reporting results without testing marijuana , mold in the lab etc speaks his signature moves. Channel 13 has said 10% of stuff and more to come . I wish he distribute his half wealth to his employees before it disappears!!
you did not mention his partners in the MJ lab. Heard there are 2 more. even other Drs. lost millions on that deal.
Pl mention the name. Since this is related to DR Shah only till the state finds MM lab testing was NOT done but just printed the marijuana lab results on paper without performing the tests. This practice is widely carried out in India where the greedy doctors exploit the labs % commission. Many Indian doctors look for money where they do not contribute anything but patients.
It raises few questions 1. Billing practices
2. Testing practices at marijuana lab and his own clinic Emergency
centers – if it was 911 situational charges for routine visits
4. Did he paid bribe or asked for bribe to expand his wealth. 5. Like desai- did he exploit the people, situation ?
Wait until the FEDS and Attorney General get gone with him Illegal Medicare fraud billing. 21 lawsuits comming from patients. Someone needs to follow the Daptomycin money.
The lady doctor raising voice against DR Shah will make 30% of the fraud , approximately 20-30 million dollars !! Good for her .

Why all the patients at the infusion center were on Daptomycin?? Anyone can elaborate that?
5 to 10k a month under the table to continue dapto for prolonged period of time. kickbacks all over the place. Feds need to look closely.
Dr Shah have been renting the buildings to family practitioners, pharmacy, labs and other reference flow work free of charge who send work to Shah or charging five times
to the practice pharmacy to collect money .Similar practice is done by other Physicians exploiting every situation. What is happening with these crooks. Marijuana was the biggest fraud ; millions were made before closing by the stte. The owners of Marijuana lab ( doctors ) should be in Jail.
There were so many patients receiving antibiotics unnecessarily. Those who really needed were not getting appropriately. It is very sad that a person like him is allowed to practice medicine.
