International Chef Ramakrishna Kalla Joins Shiraz…Easter Brunch at Shiraz
After serving at various positions, from Sous Chef to Executive Chef, at some of the finest kitchens around the world with stints at Dubai, London, New York, Chicago, and New Jersey, Chef Ram joins the newly opened Shiraz Restaurant.
Chef’s exceptional culinary background and experience with some of the finest kitchens across the United States, Ram has started dishing out some of the so-called secret recipes from the kitchens across India. Chef Ram Kalla has an MBA from Midland University, Scotland along with a Diploma in Hotel Management from India. Instead of serving the corporate world with an MBA, Chef Kalla followed his passion which took him around the world on a culinary journey of international cuisine.
