Mandeep Singh Sued for $240,000+ Over Undelivered 2024 Super Bowl Tickets

Mandeep Singh is facing a lawsuit for allegedly failing to repay advance payments totaling over $240,000 for 2024 Super Bowl tickets. The plaintiff, Vegas Tickets, claims that they made the payments to Singh for the tickets, but he failed to deliver the tickets as agreed upon. The lawsuit seeks to recover the amount paid by Vegas Tickets to Mandeep Singh.
Vegas Tickets is a local Las Vegas business that obtains tickets to various shows and events and resells them to consumers. Vegas Tickets’ principal, Roger Jones, has been conducting business in Clark County for numerous years and is extensively familiar with the ticket resale business. Jones has known Mandeep Singh since 2018, and Singh was previously a client of Vegas Tickets. Per Singh’s 2023 bankruptcy filings, he earned an average monthly net income of $5,150 from the event tickets commission.
On or about January 10, 2024, it is alleged that Singh commenced inquiring about tickets to the Super Bowl, which was being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, on February 11, 2024, and contacted Vegas Tickets regarding the potential resale of those tickets.
Between January 11, 2024, and January 18, 2024, Singh contacted Vegas Tickets’ principal, Roger Jones, multiple times with an offer that he had confirmed multiple tickets in various sections of the Allegiant Stadium for the Super Bowl but was negotiating the final price. In addition, Singh informed Jones that he was negotiating the price and attempting to obtain a suite.

During this time, Singh also stated that he may be getting access to tickets for additional suites from Las Vegas hotels/casinos. He did not indicate any issue with obtaining the tickets; he had already accepted cash from Vegas Tickets to purchase. The overall agreement was that both Singh and Vegas Tickets would buy any tickets that Singh could obtain and split the cost of those tickets 50/50.
During the time frame of these ticket transactions, Singh would periodically send Mr. Jones purported “screenshots” from third parties regarding the tickets, and at one time, even showed Mr. Jones a “ticket stub” showing one of the ticket sections. As such, Jones had no reason to doubt that Singh had access and the ability to purchase all of the tickets that Singh represented he could buy.
On January 18, 2024, Singh messaged Jones and stated that he had a conversation regarding the release of the tickets and that the tickets will, in fact, not be released until approximately one week to ten days after the AFC championship game is held, or just days prior to the February 11, 2024, big game event.
On February 6, 2024, Singh sent Mr. Jones a screenshot of an X account, allegedly reflecting that there were issues with the NFL. Singh then informs that officials are now involved and not to list any of the tickets for which Jones had provided payment and which had separate signed agreements. Mere days before the actual game, Jones requests that Singh collect back the money he has paid towards the tickets and suites.
Despite repeated requests to meet and for Singh to refund the money paid by Jones, Singh failed to return any of the monies paid by Jones and failed to provide even a single ticket. Singh would subsequently claim that he would, in fact, return Jones’ money and request additional time, but no meeting occurred, and no refund of any of the money took place.
