Puneet Garg’s Anthem Injury Lawyers donates $125,000 to the new Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada expansion
Anthem Injury Lawyers office, co-founders Puneet K. Garg and Anthony Golden present Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada with a $125,000 donation in support of their new Advocacy & Justice Complex.
“The people who benefit from the Legal Aid Center’s services aren’t just our clients, they’re our friends and neighbors,” says attorney Puneet K. Garg, co-founder of Anthem Injury Law. “Our firm’s goal has always been to provide support that improves lives. That’s why donating to Legal Aid Center for this new complex was an obvious choice for us.”
The new complex, located on Gass Ave. and 8th Street across from the current Legal Aid Center building, is more than just additional space for the valuable legal work they already provide. For nearly 70 years, Legal Aid Center has provided access to justice to the most vulnerable in our community – seniors, kids in foster care, and victims of violence, says Executive Director Barbara Buckley. “This new complex provides the space, focus, and resources to expand the work begun seven decades ago into new and much-needed areas. We appreciate Anthem Injury Lawyers recognizing the value and supporting our growth.”
The new complex will house three specific programs: Resiliency & Justice Center, providing support for survivors of violent crime and offering legal aid and mental health services; Family Justice Project, helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking seek justice and protection; and Guardianship Advocacy Project, protecting the elderly from exploitation, including financial abuse by predatory guardians.

“This is exactly the kind of active engagement and help within the community that we want to support,” says Anthem Injury Lawyers co-founder Anthony Golden. “We’ve partnered with Legal Aid Center through our ‘Foster the Future’ program, supporting foster children represented by the Center’s Children’s Advocacy Project, and we’re always interested in doing what we can to advance their platform. As soon as we heard these expansion plans, we knew we wanted to be involved in whatever way we could.”
