The restaurant proudly offers something unique in Las Vegas – a full-day Indian buffet experience alongside a complete à la carte menu, making it the first Indian restaurant in the city to provide buffet service throughout the day.
To welcome guests back and celebrate this new beginning, Pure is offering its expansive buffet at one of the most affordable prices among Indian buffets in Las Vegas. Pure is the only Indian restaurant in Vegas to offer a dedicated party hall with a stage, dance floor, and full audio-visual capabilities. Swaad Indian Cuisine
After operating multiple food outlets, Ram Darshan has ventured out on his own to offer a delicious array of North Indian food.
Swaad is located in the growing, bustling Chinatown neighborhood. Swaad, located at a former Szechuan Chinese joint, completed an extensive renovation from the ground up, featuring new custom furniture, the first Indian restaurant to have its own namesake crockery and dining chairs, a remodeled interior and kitchen, and a live video wall.

The restaurant, with a daily lunch buffet under $20, has dine-in capacity for 75 diners and is available for an evening buy-out for private gatherings. With over 25 years of combined experience, the kitchen at Swaad is managed by chefs Kesh and Hardeep. Apart from in-dining, the restaurant is focusing on catering large parties.
