With over two decades’ experience at the forefront of IP law, Eric joins PierFerd with a compelling track record of representing clients, including Fortune 100/500 clients, across various industries, including software, electronics, mobile applications, automotive, and medical technologies.

Eric is renowned for his strategic approach and creativity, finding innovative legal solutions – counseling clients in achieving their business goals. Eric has successfully prosecuted, enforced, licensed, and litigated complex and high-profile IP matters nationwide. He has also served as an expert witness in intellectual property litigation matters.

Prior to joining PierFerd, Eric held senior roles at Brooks Kushman P.C. – where he was a Shareholder – and at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie (now Womble Bond Dickinson), among other respected firms. He currently serves as President of the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas (SABA-LV) and is a recognized leader in the local legal community.

Eric is licensed in Illinois, Nevada, Missouri, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

He holds a J.D. with an emphasis in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
