The devastating floods and rising water in Chennai has created human catastrophe at an unprecedented scale for millions of residents in and around Chennai. 

The relentless rainfall broke an all-time record with whole city, including the airport, inundated with water.  Forced out of their homes due to rising flood water, thousands of Chennai residents are desperately searching for food, healthcare and shelter.
