In an ongoing criminal case, M Singh pled guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary.  

Originally, M Singh, along with another co-conspirator, was indicted by the grand jury for the crimes of conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon; attempted robbery with use of a deadly weapon; coercion with use of a deadly weapon; and extortion with use of a deadly weapon.

As per the plea bargain, the State has agreed to make no recommendation on sentencing Singh for the crime of conspiracy to commit burglary.  Singh, along with another co-conspirator, entered a building located at the Maryland Pkwy with intent to commit a robbery and/or kidnapping and/or coercion and/or extortion during the commission of the crime before leaving the building.  Singh has agreed to the forfeiture of any and all weapons in his possession.
