In April 2022, husband and wife duo Mandeep Singh and Jaspreet Kaur pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud, a category B felony. Singh agreed to the probation terms, which meant that he was sentenced to imprisonment in the NV Department of Corrections for 48-120 months. Execution of the sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for not exceeding 36 months.

On January 23^rd, 2025, Mandeep was accused of a felony theft of over $100,000. At the same time, Singh was arrested for violation of probation conditions of the suspended sentence. Mandeep is housed in the NV2F section of the Clark County Detention Center, Las Vegas. Singh will be produced for a preliminary hearing before the Justice Court judge on Tuesday, February 11^th, 2025.
