With profound grief Kundargi family is announcing the demise of Ms. Chinnamma Kundargi, a beloved wife, proud and dedicated mother and a grandmother.  

Lamuel and Chinnamma Kundargi moved to Las Vegas in 1970.  The couple with their son and a daughter moved from Toronto, Canada to start working as Nurses at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.  Before joining Sunrise Hospital, the couple, both Registered Nurses, worked in India, Middle East and Canada. Back then there were no more than 10 Indian families in Las Vegas.  Chinnamma with her outgoing friendly personality brought other nurses to the area from India and Canada.  

Chinnamma is survived by her husband Lamuel, son, daughter and two grand children.  

Chinnamma’s memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th at the Trinity Life Center, 1000 E. St. Louis Ave., Las Vegas.  The viewing will be at 12 noon with memorial service at 1pm followed by the interment at 3pm at Davis Funeral Home located at 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.

As per the family there will be no wake, gathering or food.  Attendees are requested to leave after the interment.
