In an ongoing fight to curtail COVID pandemic in India, President Biden has authorized federal agencies to expedite the medical assistance to India. Nevada Congressman Steven Horsford released the following statement applauding President Biden’s commitment to help India fight COVID-19.

“The United States and India have both suffered tremendously from COVID-19, and we will crush this virus together,” said Congressman Steven Horsford.

“As our nation begins to rebuild and recover, I’m grateful for President Biden’s decision to send much-needed aid to India. This action will save lives, and it will bring relief to the millions of Indian-Americans who are worried about the health and safety of friends and relatives in India.”
