Criminal Indictment Against Parvin Rajput, Gurpreet Singh and Ranjeet Singh
Indian Americans Parvin Rajput, Gurpreet Singh and Ranjeet Singh are charged by the US Attorney on five counts from Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and Distribute a Controlled Substance and Controlled Substance Analogue along with Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises.
Defendant Rajput and Singh’s are accused of intentionally and knowingly conspire, confederate, and agree with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to possess with intent to distribute anddistribute, and aid and abet in the ion with intentto distribute and distribution of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of fluoropentyl and other chemicals – a schedule 1 controlled substance with intent for human consumption.
Defendant here in, did knowingly and intentionally open, use, and maintain a place for the purpose of manufacturing, distributing, and using a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of fluoropentyl.
Rajput and Singhs have posted a personal recognizance bond and have agreed to appear for court proceedings and if convicted, to surrender to serve a sentence that the court may impose. The three have agreed to comply with a1l conditions set forth in the Order Setting Conditions of Release. The defendants must submit to a supervision by and report for supervision to the Pretrial Services Office; surrender their passports and must not obtain any other international travel documents; restrict travel to within State of Nevada; and not use or unlawfully possess a narcotic drug or any other controlled substance along with other restrictions.
