G. Singh Adjudged Guilty of Malicious Destruction of Property

G. Singh is convicted of attempted malicious destruction of property. Court has sentenced Singh to 364 days in the Clark County Detention Center and ordered him to pay two victims restitution of $977 payable to Mr. Hale and $5,865 to Mr. Thomas.
Additionally, Singh is ordered to pay a $150 DNA Analysis Fee to determine genetic markers and $250 for an Indigent Defense fee.
Previously, Singh pleaded guilty to one count, attempted malicious destruction of property. However, in the original complaint, Singh was charged with three counts – burglary of a motor vehicle; destroy or injure real or personal property of another; and attempted burglary of a motor vehicle.
