S. Singh has plead guilty to the possession of controlled substance with an intention to sell the same in Las Vegas.  As a consequence of the guilty plea agreement the court must sentence Singh to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of not less than one year and a maximum term of not more than four years and may also be fined up to $5,000.  However, Singh is eligible for probation which is at the discretion of the sentencing judge.

The division of probation and parole will prepare and submit a report for the sentencing judge before sentencing.  Singh is currently out on a bail with a condition to stay out of trouble.  Singh is scheduled to be sentenced in May 2022.
